1. What is masturbation?

  First, we have to understand the biggest question of what is masturbation(हस्तमैथुन क्या है )?. Masturbation is the sexual stimulation of one's own for sexual arousal or other sexual pleasures, usually to the point of orgasm. The stimulation may involve hands, fingers, everyday objects, sex toys such as vibrators, or combinations of these things. The masturbation with a sexual partner and may include manual stimulation of a partner's genitals (fingering or a handjob), or be used as a form of non-penetrative sex is called Mutual masturbation.

Masturbation involves touching, pressing, rubbing, or massaging a person's genital area, either against an object such as a pillow or with the fingers. inserting fingers or an object into the vagina or anus and stimulating the penis or vagina with an electric vibrator, which may also be inserted into the vagina or anus. Masturbation is a good way of relieving the sexual tension that can build up over time, especially for people without partners or whose partners are not willing or available for sex. Masturbation also is a safe sexual alternative for persons who wish to avoid the dangers of sexually transmitted diseases and pregnancy. It also is necessary when a man must give a semen sample for infertility tests or for sperm donation. When sexual dysfunction is present in a person than masturbation may be prescribed by a sex therapist to allow a person to experience an orgasm often in women or to delay its arrival in men.

8. Is Masturbation Harmful?

The medical community considers masturbation to be a natural and harmless expression of sexuality for both men and women. It does not cause any physical injury or harm to the body and can be performed throughout a person's lifetime as a part of normal sexual behavior but some cultures and religions oppose masturbation or even label it as sinful. It can lead to guilt or shame about the behavior. Many people also think if they do masturbation then their penis will effect and they Lose their sex drive also. Many people also think masturbation affects their sex timing.
